Enzyme Therapy

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT

「YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT」

Like what we can see in the picture below. Different facial parts may give us some ideas about different organ's health status.

Naturopathic doctor and skincare expert Nigma Talib believes that the food and drinks a person consumes has an instantaneous effect on their face. The skincare specialist, who has treated celebrities including Sienna Miller and Charlotte Tilbury, categorizes these symptoms into different types of faces: dairy face, sugar face, wine face and gluten face.

DAIRY FACE SYMPTOMS

Characteristics: Swollen eyelids, bags and dark circles around eyes, small white spots and bumps on chin.

Dairy products:

* Dairy products are a good source of calcium, protein, vitamins A and D. However, they also can be high in fat and dietary cholesterol.

More information: http://www.livestrong.com/article/539259-the-disadvantages-of-dairy/

Characteristics: Lines or wrinkles on forehead, saggy eyes, gaunt thin face, painful pustular spots on face, thinning of skin, grey or pasty white hue of skin.

Foods high in sugar:

WINE FACE SYMPTOMS

Characteristics: Pronounced lines or redness between the eyes, droopy eyelids, dehydrated or dry skin with feathery lines across cheeks, reddish cheeks and nose, enlarged pores, and deep nasolabial folds.

GLUTEN FACE SYMPTOMS

Characterisitics: Puffy red cheeks, dark pigmentation patches or spots around chin.
Foods high in Gluten.

All this kind of faces apparently are due to over intake of certain foods.
As mentioned by Dr Talib,
“Certain food groups appear to be particularly damaging: gluten, dairy, sugar and alcohol. Each taxes the body in specific ways, contributing to a cluster of ageing symptoms such as spots, puffiness, changes in skin tone, premature fine lines and wrinkles or sagging.”
“The part of your face most affected – whether it’s your forehead, chin, cheeks or eyes – will depend on the part of the body being put under most stress by the food group.”
Foods make our life healthier, in a way of appropriate amount.
Be remember that, there might be magic medicine, but there is no magic food. One food will not provide us all the nutrients we need. So, take different type of foods everyday, instead of one foods with big quantity.

TRAVEL TO ORIENT OF PEARL (HONG KONG)

Travel is a good experience to learn how to adapt and adopt a new, strange environment, especially when i go with my life partner. Every year, we both will plan to travel somewhere around the world, we decide when and where we should go, and we will spend a lots of time doing preparation.

We managed to be in the Hong Kong and Macao this year, at the end of May. So i decided to share detail information about this trip, so that it can be a reference for me in the future. We traveled to Macao first before Hong Kong. The schedule, as shown below.

Remarks for Day 1:
First thing to do must be find a location that can buy international sim card. Its important, because for me, transportation in Macao was quite confusing (specifically to public buses), and GPS at least will definitely help you when you are getting lost. Public transportation in Macao basically included taxi, buses and shuttle bus(free) provided by casinos. Basically taxi is not our first choice, so we chose to take bus from Macao International Airport to The Venetian Casinos since we couldnt find any shuttle bus. After that, we realized that shuttle bus provided from casinos is actually located at right hand side once you come out from the terminal airport with around 100m walk. So, we took local public bus to The Venetian Casino. Bear in mind that, prepare enough small changes and tell the driver where to stop to avoid getting somewhere you dont know where is it. Tourist Sim Card basically can be bought at airport counter or there are some vending machine selling sim card. Unfortunately, we spent a lots of time to activate that card, end up the signal is slow and GPS was not working at all. Thus, we bought another local sim card, and we thought local sim card do give better signal. End up, it works the same.

This was how my love's face expression when we are getting lost. Totally 180 degree change.

First night at Macao, we definitely cant enjoy the city. We visited The Venetian Casinos, it is beautiful and the night view of Macao is full of joys. There are lots of casinos at Macao, but only Xin Hao Tian Di Casinos do provides wide range of shuttle bus service. After we finished our dinner at Venetian Casino, we proceed to check in our Hotel, located nearby Guia Fortress (Towns Well Hotel) - very good location as it is all walking distance from tourism sites.
The Venetian of Macao

Initially, we decide to go there via taxi since we do not have GPS. Here was the nightmare began, taxi in the town will never fetch customer if the distance is as near as 1km. That surprised us after 3 taxis we asked for a ride. Eventually we decided to find by our own. We asked many people where exactly the location of that hotel (they will never know if you tell them the hotel name in English) and no one can give us a definite answer. Even though policeman that we met, still pointed us to a wrong direction. Called to that hotel, but the receptionist also not able to tell us any landmark nearby their hotel. Luckily, we able to find that hotel eventually, after 3 hours of walk, kept searching and asking people. A gentle reminder here is, Macao is a small town, residential area and shop lots are not well organised and all mixed up. But everywhere linked very near, if you know the direction. For me, the most easy way to travel in Macao is via our sense of direction, and their road names never make a shit.

Remarks for Day 3:
For all the tourism site, most of the time is crowded with people and the waiting time is damn long. Its highly recommended to buy your ticket online first, cheaper and can avoid long queue. Ticket for Ocean Park and Peak Tram was bought from this website (link). If you manage to visit Temple Street Night Market, must have a try on their spicy crab (辣蟹), price is acceptable and it really taste good.

*Sim card bought from Macao will not applicable at Hong Kong. However, we not plan to buy a new one. GPS is not necessary here, all the destination is easily find as long as you familiar with their MRT line. Hong Kong do have a very good and systematic railway system.

If you plan to visit Peak Tram/ Sky Terrace, must buy ticket online instead of via counter. While we reached there, tourist like us (with klook voucher) was given priority to cut queue until the front row. Instead of waiting for 4 hours long, we only waited around half an hour to get into the peak tram. It is so  much different if you buy ticket online vs counter.

HongKong Fishball is famous here, but it doesnt taste nice for me.

Nice taste of Soy Bean

Remarks Day 6:
Last day of trip, we decided to buy souvenirs at Cotai (Macao). After we reached Macao, first thing to do was keep our luggage at Macao Airport (Cotai Ferry Terminal located beside to Macao airport). My lesson learned while buy souvenir (mostly foods) from Cotai is, which shop do has longer queue, then you should buy one. All taste very good.

This restaurant is a must to go and try their burger. My girl friend all time favourite.

And this end of our 6 days 5 night trip at Hongkong & Macao.
All the expenses in this trip was around RM2200 per person, inclusive of accommodation, transport, sim cards, meals, tickets, and souvenir. So, it is consider as well planned trip and we both enjoy it very much.

It is true if saying that travel is same as life. Along the way while you are traveling, you must be very clear with your direction. It is ok if you make a wrong direction, as long as you keep going, eventually you will reach to your destination as planned. The more you make wrong decision, end up wrong direction, the more you learn how to correct it back. Life is not about how fast you get to your success, it is about how many you obtain along the journey to success.

I did argue many times with my girl friend, especially on the the first day. We wrangled about wrong direction, we have different preferences on foods and tourism destination, we have different perception on money spending etc. But then when i recalled back, i realized that all those unacceptable temper of her, its acceptable for me by now. I feel like love her more and more. Its amazing and i have no idea what chemical reaction is reacting on. But, i do agree that, travel with your partner will make you know her more and more thoroughly.

By the way, Hong Kong and Macao Trip is a very memorable trip for me.
